Product Return and Refund Policy

(1) Lilly Style Co., Ltd., the operator of the online store lilystyle.com, hereinafter referred to as the “Company,” hereby informs the refund policy, exchange and product return to the purchasers, hereinafter referred to as the “Customer.” It shall be deemed that the Customer has acknowledged and agreed to the terms of purchase upon successful completion of the order.

(2) According to the Company’s products are clothing items that include innerwear and cannot be resold once used or washed, therefore, the Company reserves the right to deny all product returns. 

Unless, the return conditions are met as per the *Product Return/Refund Conditions.

(3) The Company is pleased to accept product exchanges within 14 days, provided that the items have not been washed or worn. Please retain proof of payment to facilitate the exchange process. Exchanged products can be returned to the warehouse address listed on our website, Contact Us page.

(4) Sale items and products under any promotional offers, including accessories and underwear, are not eligible for exchange or return.

Product Return/Refund Conditions

Product returns under any of the following circumstances will be processed in case the Customer could provide evidence to substantiate the claim’s authenticity. The Company is pleased to dispatch a new product or provide a replacement product in case the ordered item is unavailable (as agreed upon with the Customer) at no extra charge. *Furthermore, claims shall be submitted within the aforementioned specified timeframe.

  1. The product exhibits defects or damage from manufacturing or shipping, which are clearly visible before washing or use, such as noticeable tears, chips, or marks and so on.
  2. The delivery of product which did not conform to the Customer’s order.

To ensure the validity and fairness of the Customer’s claim in the process of considering product returns or refunds, the Company kindly requests cooperation in promptly recording a video upon receiving and initially using the product. Customers may attach the aforementioned video along with their claim to support the aforementioned consideration process.

The Company may submit a proposal to refund the product cost in cases where it is unable to provide replacement product or substitute products as described above to the Customer. Alternatively, the Company may accept the Customer’s proposal for a refund if the Customer opts not to receive product from the aforementioned scenarios. 

In the event of product replacement or refund, the Company shall process within 3 business days following the conclusion of consideration or mutual agreement between the Company and the Customer.

In the event that a refund is to be made, the Company will reimburse the funds through the original channel used by the Customer for payment, or as otherwise agreed upon with the Customer. The Company shall bear the responsibility for any delivery charges or refund transaction fees incurred and shall notify the outcome of the process through the channel of communication previously established with the Customer.

For any other cases, the Company reserves the right to evaluate on a case-by-case basis or to decline evaluation at the discretion of Company’s staff.

Please kindly be advised that the return of product for the purpose of exchange or refund without prior notification and consent from the Company shall render the Company the right to refuse compensation, including the non-return of product dispatched if there is no payment for return shipping costs from the Customer.
