International Shipping Policy

Delivery Options
All standard delivery times can be found on this page. The available shipping methods, cost, and current delivery time of your order will be shown at the checkout.

Delivery Methods:

  • Standard Shipping: Delivery within 5-12 working days.
  • Express Shipping: Delivery within 3-5 working days.

Shipping costs for both options will be displayed at checkout.

During high seasons and sales, delivery may take longer than usual. Please note that Lily Leggings is not responsible for any additional delays caused by Customs processing.

Delivery Locations

  • Delivery to your home address
    The selected delivery method will be displayed at checkout. Please ensure your home address is selected as the delivery destination.

Track Your Parcel
Once we start preparing your order, we will send a shipment confirmation email with delivery details and a link to track your order online. Please note, it may take a few days before tracking information becomes available.

You can also track your order under ‘Orders’ by logging into your My Account.

Undeliverable Parcels
If we are unable to deliver a package based on your chosen delivery option, the parcel will not be returned to Lily Leggings or Lily Style Co., Ltd. Please ensure that your delivery address is correct to avoid any issues.

 

Payment Options

You can choose from the following payment methods to complete your purchase with Lily Style Co., Ltd.

Credit/Debit Cards

  • Payments can be made directly at checkout using Visa, Mastercard, or American Express (Amex).
  • Payment will be processed when your order is shipped.

PayPal

  • Payment will be charged from your credit or debit card via your PayPal account when your order is dispatched.
  • PayPal is supported in most of our markets.

Apple Pay

  • Apple Pay is available for quick and secure checkout on supported Apple devices.
  • Simply select Apple Pay at checkout and confirm the payment using Face ID, Touch ID, or your passcode.

Stripe

  • We accept secure payments via Stripe, allowing you to pay using major credit and debit cards.
  • Stripe ensures a fast, reliable, and encrypted payment process.

Currency Display

  • Product prices will be displayed in the local currency based on your country.
  • However, at checkout, all transactions will be processed in Thai Baht (THB).

Import Taxes/Customs Duties

  • Prices on LilyStyle.co do not include local sales taxes or VAT.
  • If your order exceeds the toll-free limit in your market, additional import taxes or customs duties may be applied upon delivery.
  • Lily Style Co., Ltd. does not cover these charges. Please check with your local customs office for more information.

How to Pay These Fees:
Once your parcel reaches the destination market, it will be held by Customs for clearance. Import duties and taxes (if applicable) will be calculated, and our transport partner will contact you to inform you of the payment required before the order is released.

Bank Fees

  • Your bank may charge additional fees for cross-border payments. Lily Style Co., Ltd. does not reimburse these charges.
  • Please check with your bank for more details.
