Customer Service & Returns Policy (International Customers)

At Lily Style Co., Ltd. , we strive to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase. However, if something isn’t quite right, you have 14 days from the date of receipt to return your item.

Return Fee & Shipping Costs

  • A $25 return fee applies per order and will be deducted from your refund.
  • If you return multiple orders in one parcel, the fee will apply per order.
  • International return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Return Conditions

We offer a full refund for returned items, provided they are returned in their original condition:

  • Unworn (except for trying on), unwashed, and unaltered
  • All tags and packaging intact

If an item is damaged, soiled, washed, or altered, and its value has decreased, we reserve the right to deduct an appropriate amount from your refund.

Non-returnable items

Due to hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned if the seal has been removed:

  • Underwear
  • Swimwear
  • Beauty products
  • Face masks
  • Pierced jewelry

How to Return (International Orders)

1. Fill in the Return Form 

  • Complete the Return Form and select the reason code for your return.

2. Receive Pre-Paid Label Details 

  • Wait for an email containing your pre-paid return label details.

3. Prepare Your Return

  • Detach the return label and attach it securely to your package.
  • Place the completed Return Form and item(s) in a secure package, preferably the original packaging.

4. Send Your Return

  • Visit Aramex or the most suitable international carrier in your country to book your return, print a return label, and schedule a pickup.

Processing Time

  • Returns may take up to 14 days to reach our warehouse, depending on your location.
  • Once your return is processed, you will receive a refund confirmation email.

Return Options for International Customers

1. Carrier Drop-Off & Pick-Up

  • Book your return with Aramex or the most suitable international carrier based on your country.
  • Print your return label and schedule a pickup.

2. Need a new return label?

  • You can generate and print a new one via the carrier’s portal.

3. Customs & Duties

  • Refunds do not include any customs duties, taxes, or fees paid at the time of purchase.
  • If applicable, check with your local customs office regarding refunds for duties or taxes.
